There are two different windows here, and they work differently.

Tracking window: 90 days.

When a visitor reaches our platform through a go redirect link or an on-site tracking link, our server sets a cookie in their browser named domain_affiliateId with a hash value. It lasts 90 days. After that, the visitor needs to come back through your referral link to be attributed to you again.

This doesn't apply to your own white-label. There, visitors are attributed to your userId by default, with or without tracking.

Commission: lifetime.

Once a visitor registers, attribution is permanent. We credit the member to whoever's link they last clicked before registering, and that member stays yours for the life of their account.

So if a member you brought in later returns through someone else's referral link and makes a purchase, the commission is still yours.

For example: a user signs up through your unique link and immediately buys $10 worth of tokens. At a 20% commission rate, your account is credited $2.00. The exact terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
