Usually one of two things:

Refunds and chargebacks. If you're on a revenue share account, refunded and charged-back transactions are deducted from your commission. These happen occasionally, and there's no way to avoid them entirely.

Duplicate leads. If you're on a CPL account, we don't pay for duplicates. We run a dedicated system that monitors fingerprints and other attributes to identify them.

How to see exactly what was deducted

• Check your statistics and customize the columns to show the transaction and commission amounts deducted for refunds.
• Set up postbacks for refunds. These return the exact amount deducted, along with the original purchase amount.

A note on fraud

All forms of fraud and money laundering are prohibited. We run our own anti-fraud system with a dedicated team monitoring transactions continuously. If we see an unusual volume of refunds or chargebacks coming from your traffic, we'll investigate — and we'll always tell you what we found.
