Checking the rules
There's no single source of truth on this. You'll need to research it yourself: check the main search engines in your country for similar sites operating locally, and look up the regulations that apply. Your Account Manager can share what we know about your market, but for a binding answer, consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
If age verification is mandatory in your region
You can still promote our platform. We work with euCONSENT members using eIDAS (electronic identification and trust services) to provide certified, interoperable age verification and parental consent.

- ID verification — passport, driver's license, or national ID
- Age estimation — a facial photo
- Digital ID app — verification through the Yoti app
Privacy: data is encrypted and used only for verification. After a successful check, an age token is generated so users don't have to verify repeatedly. Age tokens store age-related information only.
