Read our community guidelines first, then report the broadcaster if you're confident they've acted unlawfully. Every room has a report icon that opens a dialog where you select the type of violation. Step-by-step instructions: how to report a model.
A member breaking the rules
Violations carry different consequences, from a formal warning to a temporary suspension to a permanent ban. To report someone:
- Open the user's full profile: https://white-label.com/user/username
- Click the report icon
- Select the type of violation and explain what happened
- Send the report
Spam in chat
Repetitive messages promoting suspicious products, WhatsApp numbers, or shortened links are almost always spam. We have an anti-spam team and ML models working on prevention, but reports from partners genuinely help. Instructions: how to report spam messages.
