Google Ads
You don't need to be cautious about the nature of our product when raising questions about your client account. We're a legally operating business with a well-known brand.
The important thing is to open a line of communication early, while things are running normally — not after your account has already been suspended.
To reach support:
- In your client account, click the help icon
- Under Need more help, click Contact us
- Describe your question
- Select your customer ID
- Choose a contact method — callback, live chat, or email
- Send it and expect a reply within 3–5 business days
Alternatively, post in the Google Ads Community, or leave feedback using the feedback icon in the same section.

Before raising a request, check the Bing Webmaster Guidelines and the other articles in the Bing Webmaster Help Center. You can then create a support request from your Microsoft account for any verified site: https://www.bing.com/webmasters/support
